I scheduled with Bruces to come to my home and clean carpets. They told me a time frame they would come. I broke my neck, got home BEFORE THE TIME THEY TOLD ME, and they left notes on my door and phone messages saying they came and missed me and had moved on and sorry, too bad. This after I emptied my rooms and took time off from work to be here for them. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Then I called Stanley Steemer and they fit me in and came to my rescue. I mean - I came home before the designated time and they REFUSED to come back and clean my rooms today with all of my furniture out of the rooms. Never again will I call Bruce's!
