Excellent, fast service at a fair price. If you are from out of town, go to Cool Ridge. Passing through on turnpike when car broke down. They got us going in less than 2 hours for less than I would have paid at home.

First of all when I write the review I’m by no means talking about Scott the owner. He is a great guy and honered his mechanics bad work. First of all, I needed a starter replaced and a oil change on my cummins, worked fine for about a week and then went to start the truck and I heard a clunk and the starter was just spinning, so I crawled under the truck and saw the destruction..... the top bolt in the starter was gone and the 2 bottom ones had a 1/4 inch of slack in them, they was NEVER tightened up!!! It ended up cracking the new starter and breaking a chunk out of the tranny bell housing. Called Scott and he got me a brand new starter for free, so I put the starter in my self and ain’t had a issue since. After that I went out on the highway and seen my oil light come on and pulled over, THERE WAS OIL EVERYWHERE!!! They had over filled the oil when they did the oil change and it choked the crankcase full of oil and it puked about 2 gallon out of the breather tube! It left me stranded till someone could come with some oil........ When I filled it up it did fine and it has for about a month and ain’t leaked a drop. I’m sorry but if a mechanic cant do something as simple as a starter and a oil change.....somethings wrong. But again Scott the owner is a awesome guy, if you want to take your vehicle here to be serviced ask for Scott to do the work, he will take care of you but DO NOT trust thier mechanics.
